Our history
Solvix started back in 2014 when our founder Karina G. was working for a high-end concierge service. At the time she helped several clients to find a new home in London. That experience clearly demonstrated that people searching for accommodation need more support than they typically get at an estate agency.
Soon Karina G. was not only finding homes for families and professionals but also for university students. With support of her bosses who became the project investors, she started Solvix — a perfect formula for renting without stress.
Today Solvix is serving hundreds of people many of whom are students and their parents.
