* All the packages are prepaid. Home Finder Long & Short Let: property search service offered with three packages Silver (£1500 + VAT)/Gold (£2000 + VAT)/ Platinum (£3000 + VAT). All packages include 3 weeks of property search. Any additional weeks are charged on top at £500 + VAT per week.
* Generally, we find an accommodation to rent within 3 weeks and this is what we recommend to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes it may be difficult to make up your mind. If you need more time with us to find a home to rent, our service will cost £500 per week + VAT for every additional week.

* All the packages are prepaid. First payment is £1000+VAT for Silver and Gold, and £2000+VAT for Platinum. We will ask you to pay the rest of the service fee after the landlord has accepted your offer.
* Generally, we find an accommodation to rent within 1 month and this is what we recommend to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes it may be difficult to make up your mind. If you need more time with us to find a home to rent, our service will cost £500 per week + VAT for every additional week.
Solvix Check-In and Solvix Check-Out services are accessible to our members only. Luckily, all you need to become a member is to rent or buy an accommodation with Solvix Home Finder.

Signing the contract is a huge step but not exactly the end of the hassle. Typically, you will need to transfer the utility bills, find a good package for internet & TV, apply for a council tax discount if you are a full-time student. We are here to complete all the above on your behalf to save your time.

When your rent comes to an end you have to return the property in the same state that you had received it at the beginning of the contract term. With our Platinum package, we will process all required actions and you can be sure that you will receive your deposit back in full or with less deductions.
